Stamped Sterling Silver Pin with rollover safety clasp. Bezel set glass, oval cabochon holds reverse painted sunset scene over real Morpho Butterfly wing. This piece has a bright iridescence; the color shifts with aqua and purple flashes in the light. It has unique perforated border and in very nice worn condition.

Due to the delicacy and nature of butterfly wing pieces like these, they should be kept away from moisture which could get under the stone and kept from extended exposure to sun light.
